From a quick kitchen refresh to a full home transformation, our friendly crew handles every nail, tile and wire — so you can sit back and enjoy the space you love.
Loved by 2,400+ happy homeowners
We started Online Deal House because we were tired of seeing homeowners stressed out by messy remodels and ghosting contractors. Instead, we built a team of real people — carpenters, designers, electricians, and planners — who actually enjoy what they do.
Every project starts with a calm conversation, a clear plan, and honest pricing. No jargon, no surprises, no vanishing act halfway through the job. Just good work, good communication, and a space you'll love coming home to.
Pick one or combine a few. We coordinate it all so your project stays calm, on budget, and on schedule.
We sweat the small stuff so you don't have to. Here's what sets us apart.
We explain options in plain words. You'll know the price, the timeline, and exactly what's happening each day.
No sneaky fees. Your quote is your quote — and if something changes, we'll talk before touching a single tile.
We set a realistic start and finish date — and we stick to it. Weekly updates keep you in the loop.
Licensed crews, quality materials, and a written guarantee on every job. If it's not right, we fix it.

Agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Online Deal House website and to renovation, remodeling, design, installation, consultation, and other home improvement services requested from us. By submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation, accepting a proposal, authorizing work, or continuing to use our website, you acknowledge these terms. Project-specific agreements, approved proposals, and written change orders may contain additional requirements that apply to the particular work being performed.
Website information. Our website is intended to provide general information about Online Deal House and the types of services we may offer. Photographs, design examples, descriptions, project illustrations, measurements, and other materials displayed online are examples only and should not be interpreted as a promise that every project will have identical results. Actual outcomes may vary according to the property, existing conditions, selected materials, design requirements, availability, and other project-specific factors.
Consultations. An initial consultation allows us to understand your objectives, review potential project requirements, and discuss possible approaches. A consultation does not automatically create an obligation for either party to proceed with a renovation project. Any recommendations or preliminary discussions may need to be revised after measurements, inspections, design development, material selections, or additional information becomes available.
Proposals. Project proposals are prepared based on the information reasonably available at the time they are created. Unless a proposal expressly states otherwise, an initial estimate may change when the scope is clarified or previously unknown site conditions are identified. The final responsibilities of Online Deal House and the client will be determined by the written agreement accepted for the specific project.
Scope of work. Only services specifically included in the approved project documentation are part of the agreed scope. Renovation work can uncover conditions that were not visible during the initial assessment, including damaged materials, outdated systems, concealed structural issues, plumbing problems, electrical deficiencies, moisture, or other conditions. If additional work becomes necessary, we may discuss the issue with you and document any approved changes before proceeding.
Design decisions. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving selections, layouts, finishes, fixtures, colors, appliances, hardware, and other design decisions within reasonable project deadlines. Delayed approvals may affect ordering, scheduling, installation, and overall completion. Once a custom item or specially ordered material has been approved, changes or cancellations may result in additional costs depending on the supplier's terms and the stage of production.
Property access. You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas where authorized work is scheduled. Workspaces should be reasonably clear of personal belongings unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for informing Online Deal House about known property conditions, access restrictions, security requirements, hazardous materials, or other circumstances that could affect the safe performance of the work. Restricted or unsafe access may require work to be postponed.
Project schedules. We make reasonable efforts to coordinate projects according to the schedule communicated to you. However, renovation timelines can be affected by supplier delays, weather, inspections, permits, subcontractor availability, material shortages, unexpected site conditions, client decisions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. A projected completion date should therefore be treated as an anticipated schedule unless a specific guaranteed date is expressly included in a written agreement.
Materials and substitutions. Materials and products will generally be supplied according to the approved project specifications. Product availability, manufacturer changes, discontinued items, transportation issues, or supply interruptions may occasionally require an alternative. Where a material substitution materially affects the approved design, function, or cost, we will seek appropriate client approval before making the change whenever reasonably possible.
Permits and inspections. Certain renovation activities may require permits, inspections, approvals, engineering documents, or other authorizations. The responsibilities for obtaining and coordinating such requirements will depend on the nature of the project and the applicable written agreement. Clients agree to provide information and cooperation reasonably necessary to support required approvals. Work may be delayed when required approvals have not been obtained.
Payment obligations. Pricing, deposits, progress payments, approved additional work, and final balances will be governed by the applicable project agreement. Payments must be made according to the schedule established in that agreement. If an undisputed payment becomes overdue, Online Deal House may pause applicable work or reschedule project activities where permitted by the agreement. Additional services requested after approval of the original scope may carry separate charges.
Cancellations. Cancellation procedures depend on the project stage and the terms of the applicable agreement. Costs already incurred for design work, planning, specially ordered materials, labor commitments, permits, subcontractor scheduling, or other non-recoverable expenses may remain payable when a project is cancelled. Clients should communicate cancellation requests as early as possible so that unnecessary commitments can be avoided.
Workmanship and warranties. Any workmanship warranty provided by Online Deal House will be governed by the written warranty or project agreement applicable to your work. Warranty coverage may have specific exclusions, time limits, maintenance requirements, and procedures for submitting a claim. Products supplied by manufacturers may also carry separate manufacturer warranties, and those warranties may be subject to the manufacturer's own conditions.
Maintenance and completed work. After a project is completed, appropriate maintenance and ordinary care are the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing. Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, environmental conditions, or alterations performed by others may affect the condition of completed work and may fall outside applicable warranty coverage.
Safety. Renovation areas can contain temporary hazards such as tools, equipment, construction materials, dust, debris, noise, open surfaces, or restricted access areas. Clients and visitors should follow instructions provided by the project team and should not enter areas identified as restricted. Children, pets, and unauthorized visitors should be kept away from active work zones to support a safe working environment.
Third-party products and services. A project may involve independent suppliers, manufacturers, specialists, engineers, designers, inspectors, or other third parties. Their products and services may be subject to separate terms, warranties, schedules, and limitations. Where a matter is exclusively controlled by a third party, Online Deal House's responsibility will be determined by the applicable project agreement and the circumstances involved.
Intellectual property. Website content, photographs, graphics, branding, original design concepts, drawings, written materials, and other creative works made available by Online Deal House may be protected by intellectual property rights. Unless you receive written authorization, these materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, or used as the basis for another commercial project. Rights relating to project-specific designs will be governed by the applicable agreement.
Responsibility and liability. Online Deal House will make reasonable efforts to perform contracted services professionally and in accordance with applicable project documentation. To the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement, we are not responsible for losses arising from concealed pre-existing conditions, unauthorized alterations, misuse, third-party actions, delays outside our reasonable control, or circumstances that could not reasonably have been identified before work commenced. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
Resolving concerns. If you have a concern about workmanship, scheduling, materials, communication, billing, or another project matter, we encourage you to contact Online Deal House promptly. Providing details and supporting information allows the issue to be reviewed efficiently. Where a project agreement establishes a specific procedure for resolving disagreements, that procedure will apply to the extent permitted by law.
Updates to these terms. Online Deal House may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website features, operating practices, or applicable requirements. The current version will be made available through the website. Unless otherwise stated, updates to website terms do not automatically modify the terms of an already accepted project agreement.
